Our clients are construction professionals providing building repair services to the insurance industry.

Due to their continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join their Townsville team in the role of Project Coordinator.

If you've been looking for a chance to apply your outstanding customer service and administrative skills, then this role is for.

The Project Coordinator Role in brief:

  • Book appointments and schedule a Building Estimator to attend site.
  • Assist customers in the coordination of approved building repairs.
  • Manage repair projects to meet customer and insurer expectations.
  • Allocate works to our preferred panel of sub-contractors.
  • Be the key point of contact for customers and sub-contractors.

About you:

  • Demonstrated previous administration and phone-based customer service experience.
  • The capacity to learn new tasks and processes quickly
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with many people in a positive and customer focussed manner.
  • A hands-on, strong organisational skills, capable of multi-tasking, with high-level attention to detail.
  • Strong computing skills and knowledge particularly with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Knowledge of property insurance claims processes or the building repair industry would be highly regarded, as would previous exposure to the Prime Eco System computer program.
