**The Company**

My client is a construction company based on the North Shore. With a current turnover of $70M employing 45- 50 staff.

They deliver new build and refurbishment commercial projects ranging from $10M - $40M within the healthcare, education, industrial & retail sectors.

They also deliver townhouses, granny flats ranging from $1M - $2M renovations and $4M- $5M new build.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the estimating team in the preparation of project tender bids to create and develop work-winning objectives according to business standards.
- Ensure the organised and accurate compilation, management, and distribution of tender documentation, in conjunction with the estimators.
- Ensure that tender time frames are adhered to and that all undertakings are in accordance with the business standards.
- Contribute to the identification, assessment, and communication of risks.
- Identify opportunities to win work.
- Coordinate the input, and undertake the final production of the submission documents for targeted projects including EOI.
- Communicate and coordinate with the extended pre-construction team to achieve the work winning goals.
- Contribute to handover the project to the construction team.
- Chair or attend and record meetings, forums necessary to achieve the tender aspects.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and 3rd parties.

**Required Skills**:

- A construction/architecture or business, communications or marketing degree or qualification
- Ideally have a minimum 5 years bid management experience
- Be able to creating high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or bid/proposal background.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign
