About the Role

The role focuses on efficient order management, and your responsibilities will include

interacting with customers for bookings, pricing, queries, service options and order updates

enhancing customer experience and fostering relationships, establishing credibility and creating customer loyalty

prioritizing orders and adjusting schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met

managing the status of customer orders by maintaining accurate data within Cargowise and communicating exceptions and delays to customers

Scheduling regular calls and meetings with clients as required

About You

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, ideally with experience in the Transport & Shipping industry.

Knowledge of CARGOWISE and SAP would be highly regarded.
