Our client who is a specialist in Animal health is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer, who delivers global standard customer service in every customer interaction.
Manage day to day tasks:
Processing all orders in Movex/EDI accurately (managing order inbox)
Process marketing expenses requests within 7 days (urgent requests, same day)
Briefcase special pricing deals - correct/update pricing in system
Process all credits on regarding ledger holder
Depot follow ups/customer service support to finalize orders
Customer Service:
Handle all customer escalated matters and complaints.
Ensure the appropriate resolution of all customer product complaints is resolved in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with company policies
Aim to resolve all interactions at “first contact” - 90% or higher
Every interaction to be logged in CRM in detail in supporting the creation of “one view of customer”
Attend marketing or other meetings for updates and information
“Hands on” and bring fresh and innovative thinking to the team as we continuously improve our service model and customer experience”
Encourage customers to increase purchases (upsell) and support moving short dating stocks - target to be provided by your manager

Educational level or equivalent experience:
Relevant customer service certification/degree (desired)
Total number of years' experience required to fulfill the role:
Minimum 2 years as a customer service officer in a similar role - Call Centre Environment

CRM exposure
ERP system
**Salary**: $64,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
Must be fully vaccinated
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milperra, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
