Our client is seeking to engage an Internal Sales Representative in their team. This is a Permanent Role.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow-up quotations and other types of correspondence.
- Manage contract site relationships and contract renewals.
- Assist outside sales staff with quotations and other administrative tasks.
- Produce tender documentation (not essential)
- Prospect for new business.
- Network sales opportunities with outside sales personnel.
- Communicating with warehouse and updating client.
- Manage the company CRM system.
- Maintain product price lists.
- Attend training courses as required.
- Other related duties as the position develops.
- Formal customer service or sales training / studies.
- Basic understanding of HVAC system or related technical industry experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and internal sales role.
- Experience in Sales administration, suppling technical and product information and solution sales.
- Experience Dealing with difficult customers.
