Joining an ambitious new team on an exciting change journey, this is a full-time Production Coordinator role with an attractive salary package based in a great Eastern Suburbs location.

**What we want from you?**

This exciting role will engage you across all areas of Nadrasca Industry. While you manage your own team of production supervisors you will:

- Grow the safety culture by leading the Gemba Kaizen Safety program daily and monitoring 5s implementation and audits. Effectively utilise raw materials, equipment, and machinery to achieve maximum outcomes.
- Ensuring that master production schedules are communicated and followed by all the supervisors.
- Use Short Interval Management (SIM) and Short Interval Control (SIC) to assist the Operations Manager to meet or exceed customer needs in terms of quality, service, and delivery.
- Use Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline processes and identify risks and issues that could cause production delays.
- Prepare Production Efficiency Reports as required by the Operations Manager.

- Experience managing workflow and teams to productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead and develop a team, including line management supervision.
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Current full Victorian Driver’s Licence.
