**The Role**

We are currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role operates within our award-winning in-house marketing team, managing three direct reports. You will be responsible for strategic direction and implementation of innovative digital marketing initiatives to ensure business goals and growth targets are met.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the online marketing for Beacon Lighting.
- Executing digital initiatives, campaigns and projects within set budgets and deadlines.
- Analysing website performance and online marketing activities, making recommendations for performance improvement where appropriate.
- Coordinating online campaigns (including but not limited to Paid Search and Remarketing) to increase online traffic and sales.
- Managing the strategic direction of Beacon loyalty programs aimed at increasing membership, engagement, and sales.
- Managing the Loyalty Marketing Coordinator and Loyalty Marketing Assistant responsible for VIP and Trade Club communications and engagement initiatives.
- Managing the Digital Marketing Coordinator & PR & Content Creator responsible for the Social Media strategy and influencer activities throughout the business.
- Managing performance of promoted listings for marketplaces - including eBay and Amazon.
- Presenting digital initiatives and campaign ROAS to executive management team.
- Working closely with partners including Beacon’s media agency to fulfil digital initiatives.
- Coordinating and tracking the resolution and completion of technical issues.
- Working collaboratively with partners across Beacon and media agency to fulfill digital initiatives.
- Briefing the in-house design team and contribute to creative strategy of campaigns.

**About You**

With an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for digital marketing, you will preferably have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing leadership role. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- High level of competency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level in a fast-paced retail environment thus allowing you to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and interpretational skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
