Warehouse Coordinator

Joining an ambitious new team on an exciting change journey, this is a full-time Warehouse Coordinator role with an attractive salary package based in a great Eastern Suburbs location.

**What we want from you?**

This exciting role will engage you across all areas of Nadrasca Industry. You will
- Manage and maintain all Warehouse operations at all Nadrasca locations.
- Manage and control warehouse stock (counts, orders, returned stock, rotation, range, age).
- Undertake a regular warehouse stock take (every 6 months at minimum) and analyse variances.
- Oversee and control all freight and deliveries to and from Nadrasca.
- Ensure accurate records of stock (counts, quality, volumes, locations) are maintained.
- Consult with other Managers/Coordinators and/or teams as required to ensure that the Warehouse provides appropriate levels of service to internal customers.
- Monitor and report regularly on the Warehouse department’s performance (financial and non-financial).
- Effectively use the warehouse management system to track stock movements between Production and Warehouse.
- To grow the safety culture by leading the Gemba Kaizen Safety program daily and monitoring 5s implementation and audits using Short Interval Management (SIM) and Short Interval Control (SIC) to assist the Operations Manager to meet or exceed customer needs in terms of quality, service, and delivery.
- Use Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline processes and identify risks and issues that could cause delays.

- Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics environment (desirable)
- Ability to lead and develop a team, including line management supervision.
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Current full Victorian Driver’s Licence.
