**Graphics Designer & Print Coordinator**

- Business Cards
- Stickers & Decals
- Flyers / Brochures
- Banners / Posters
- Envelopes / Letterheads / Notepads
- Presentation Folders
- Certificates / Name Tags inc Variable Data Merges
- Promotional Products
- Apparel
- Much more..

**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching professional designs as per customers requests
- File manipulation such as setting bleeds, layouts and crop marks
- Submit design proofs for project approval
- Print jobs as required onto appropriate stock
- Use bindery machines and tools to finish products
- Packing & invoicing jobs when completed
- Processing payments from customers as they collect orders
- Communicate with outside trade partners as needed
- Internal customer service including answering phones
- Helping with general housekeeping around the shop

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant graphic design qualification
- At least 1 year experience in print graphic design
- Print shop experience preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Deadline and detail-oriented in both design and customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to a handle fast pace environment
- Windows PC & CMKY Environment
