**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator - Trade Brand & Emerging Businesses, will assist in the planning and development of marketing and communications strategies across multiple brands within the Beacon Lighting Group, including Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, Beacon International, Connected Light Solutions, and Light Source Solutions. You will coordinate the effective rollout and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

In addition, you will support the development of external collaborations and lead initiatives related to the educational pillar for the Beacon Trade brand. You will also monitor campaign performance, provide recommendations to maximise results, whilst ensuring the company’s market position and integrity is maintained.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage external partnerships related to Trade, including industry collaborators, apprenticeship programs, and community outreach
- Lead the strategy and implementation of the Education Pillar for Trade
- Oversee campaign activity across all media channels (owned, earned, and paid) for Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, International, Connected Light Solutions, and Light Source Solutions
- Work closely with the GMM to track budgets and coordinate marketing activity, execution and reporting for B2B businesses
- Liaise with Business Managers to manage and coordinate campaigns
- Invoicing, budget management & invoicing
- Act as the key point of contact with media agency Carat for Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, Connected Light Solutions, Light Source Solutions
- Brief artwork to designers and manage the workflow and work-in-progress (WIP)
- Foster strong working relationships across business teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Develop presentations and present when required for Business Unit Meetings (BUMs)
- Prepare information and insights for internal Marketing Meetings
- Assist in the preparation of Executive Marketing Management (EMM) Report

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on insights
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practice media and marketing principles
- Strong knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and sponsorships
