**About this role**:
In this role you will coordinate the marketing and communications for the business with a particular focus on client strategy and engagement. You will have demonstrated experience in client strategy, communications, copy writing, event coordination, and social media management. Ideally you will have experience working across the architectural / landscape / property sector and therefore understand the nuances of creating content for this
industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative and diverse teams, and projects across Australia and internationally
The business specialises in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Master Planning, Development Approvals, Strategic Planning, Community Engagement, and Strategic Communications. They are now looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead all marketing activities. Applicants from the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are also encouraged to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate marketing activities to support Client Strategy.
- Write and coordinate the development of marketing collateral.
- Write and coordinate the development of award submissions.
- Write and coordinate media releases and media communication.
- Coordinate social media and online channels and messaging.
- Event coordination.
- Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships.
- Coordinate marketing reporting.

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in a similar communications / marketing role.
- Experience working in Architecture / Development Industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong digital experience - both social media and online.
- Non essential - Experience working within Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop.
