What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our highly successful Metro Sales & Investments team In this varied and busy role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team on a range of submissions, information memorandums and property marketing

**A snapshot of the role**:
Creation of Submission, Information Memorandum and Executive Summary documents in accordance with direction from the team
Presentation of each document consistent with approved templates and JLL branding guidelines
Creating property marketing budgets and campaigns in the automated property marketing platform and modifying them as required
Work closely and assist other support staff as and when required

This role is all about enthusiasm and prioritisation. You will be a self-starter and be able to think on your feet to problem solve. You may be an experienced Team Administrator or Marketing Coordinator up for the challenge to join a high performing team

To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from either a residential or commercial property background. Experience in Indesign, Photoshop or Illustrator are essential.

Equally, you will have the perfect blend of ambition, ability and attitude. Team this with your advanced administrative skills & systems experience which you have ideally gained in an agile & professional environment with an interest in learning and getting involved; you will be guaranteed success in this role.
