**About the role**

As a Food & Beverage team leader, you will use your outgoing and approachable personality to create memorable moments by delivering engaging service of Food & Beverage to guests. You will have the ability to interact and effectively communicate with a wide range of guests with confidence, smoothly handle any issues as they arise and the training of service and product knowledge of all staff.

Your knowledge of hospitality operations will assist in the smooth running of our team and ensure meaningful service is consistently delivered. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to implement new initiatives whilst having a focus on building your leadership skills to lead and grow the team.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment. Experience in also leading, supporting and driving a team
- Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related fields preferred
- Local produce and beverage knowledge to enhance our guest's experiences
- Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- A valid SA RSA
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads
- Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture
