OSOS Alliance are currently recruiting for a multitude of roles. We are looking for suitably qualified industry professionals within the food and beverage industries across South Australia that have management experience. Various industries including retail management exposure, cafe and bar management experience will be synonymous with current requirements.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Utilize your coffee expertise to maintain our high standards and provide training to enhance coffee making skills.
- Manage the service of alcohol and cocktails, ensuring adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations and encourages repeat visits.
- Efficiently manage the receipt and organization of goods and services for the store.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for a seamless front-back operation.
- Manage stock controls, including stock lists, stock levels, ordering, rotation, receiving, and storage.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling items ensuring all financial KPI's are met and exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry, with a retail background preferred.
- Strong barista skills or experience, coupled with a passion for creating exceptional coffee.
- Proficiency in alcohol service protocols and cocktail preparation.
- Previous management of a hospitality facility is a must.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team to success.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, perfect for fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer and team interaction.
