**Your day to day**
As an F&B Team Leader, you’ll primarily support the food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.
- **Leadership** - you will supervise day-to-day activities of various F&B departments, communicate objectives, and schedule/assign work
- **Communication** - Communicate effectively to clients, the team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Training** - Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
- ** Create a positive culture** - promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- **Flexibility** - Willing to flex and support other areas of the business as needed.
- **Health & Safety**:

- You'll ensure compliance with all health, safety, or other requirements.

**What we need from you**
- You'll be an approachable person and have a real passion for creating memorable experiences
- Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality
- At least 1 years of experience within Food & Beverage leadership position, preferably within a hotel environment
- Superior communication and decision-making skills
- Detail orientated
- High standard of personal presentation
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekend and public holidays
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- You must also meet the legal requirement to work in this country
