**Social Media Management**:

- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Create compelling and engaging posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Track and analyse key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance to optimise future strategies.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Collaborate on the development of landing pages and website updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Prepare performance reports for digital campaigns, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, presentations, blog posts, and videos.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Help develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

**Event and Campaign Support**:

- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and trade shows, including managing vendor relationships and event timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns, ensuring all components are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide support during live events, including managing registrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and engaging with attendees.

**Administrative and Operational Support**:

- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Process invoices, track budgets, and manage purchase orders related to marketing projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform tools).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
