**The Opportunity**
Working in a passionate and supportive team, your time will be spent building and managing stakeholder relationships, In addition to
- Accurate data entry and order processing with database software.
- Organising and verifying driver paperwork and manifests
- Scheduling carrier pickups for requested item movements
- Ensuring correct paperwork is being used by the customer and providing the correct paperwork/process if required
- Providing information to the customer for the delivery timeframe of the movement request
- Entering orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
**About You**
We’re looking for resilient, results driven individuals who are able to negotiate and influence with stakeholders at all levels. Coupled with
- Warehouse and operations experience, highly regarded
- A passion for customer satisfaction and a “can do” attitude
- Proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft and Google Suite and have confidence in navigating new systems
- The ability to stay calm, prioritise effectively, and remain focused when under pressure
- Be optimistic yet detailed: ask plenty of questions, and seek the root cause before determining a resolution path
- Demonstrates high levels of pro-activity and personal accountability.
