About the role
This full-time Administration Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Emotif in St Leonards, NSW. In this role you will play a key part in providing outstanding customer service and supporting the company's sales operations.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Creating accurate quotes for customers
- Creating internal documentation to support the sales process
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Organising samples for customers
- Offering exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Undertaking administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a personal assistant or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
