We are looking to introduce an Administration/Finance Broker Assistant into our well established finance broking company based in St.Leonards.
This is an office-based, full time entry level role providing high-quality and efficient administration support to Brokers. It will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of a successful finance and mortgage broking business, and opportunities for growth.
You will be working as part of a professionally qualified and highly experienced team within a supportive culture.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to Brokers.
- Contact lenders and broker support teams to check on applications from submission through to approval.
- Completing file management and follow-ups from lodgement through to settlement.
- Liaise with customers, dealerships, accountants and banks.
The ideal candidate will be a results focused, proactive individual with fabulous communication and people skills and will need to possess the following:
- A basic knowledge or willingness to learn about the settlement procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
- Ability to liaise directly with clients to complete fact finds and communicate with clients all the way to settlement.
- Strong attention to detail and proven data entry ability, with a specific focus on ensuring that data entered is accurate, compliant and processed in a timely manner.
- Experience with Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An enthusiasm for continuous development with an opportunity to progress to a finance broker.
- Permanent Residents or Citizenship.
