**What you’ll do**:
**Main duties/responsibilities**:

- Provide professional reception services, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience for residents, visitors, families, and staff.
- Greet and direct visitors, offering clear guidance upon arrival.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and inviting presentation of the main reception area at all times.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including marketing, communications, and rostering, to ensure seamless office operations.
- Assist with managing daily roster changes and unplanned leave, to ensure effective and responsive roster management.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A compassionate and empathetic approach to residents and their families
- An appreciation and understanding of cultural diversity
- 3 to 5 years of administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn various other systems (e.g., quality management systems, databases, and rostering systems).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional customer service focus with a professional and courteous approach.
