The roles are primarily home based, with some travel into a Melbourne (or near) office at some point in the future.

**Job description**

We’re looking to recruit top-quality credit hire claims handlers, people with vehicle rental experience or people who have experience giving evidence in court (including Claims Investigators), to join our exciting and fast-growing business.

You will be responsible for investigating car and van rental hire rates charged to insurance companies, using our online system, providing evidence back to support your decision and the possibility of attending court to provide evidence on more complex cases. You will also be investigating rental costs in the market using our award-winning processes to report back on an eclectic mix of vehicle types, providing the evidence back to support your decision. Training and support will be given on your path to competence.

**Essential Skills / Knowledge**
- Experience of the motor insurance market/credit hire/car rental market is **essential**
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential
- Detail focused and right first-time mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and to targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- A can-do, positive mentality

**Preferred Skills / Knowledge**
- Experience of giving evidence in court
