What will your typical day look like?
Client Solutions: Tackle complex and evolving client issues related to global supply chains, sustainability, cost pressures, and local and indigenous procurement. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness across supply chains.
Technology Integration: Harness cutting-edge technologies, including GenAI, to transform how our clients operate their businesses.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with diverse clients and cross-functional teams within Deloitte. Foster strong relationships with both client stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues to expand your perspectives and promote diversity in our solutions.
Dynamic Problem Solving: Address the variability of daily tasks through agile problem-solving skills. Adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions that yield tangible results. About the team
Our Supply Chain & Procurement team is growing rapidly in response to market demands for critical thinkers who can solve complex business problems and addressing the evolving challenges facing Supply Chains. Our clients face challenges that range from transformation in response to market demands, through to disruption from technology advances such as GenAI that enable us to overhaul the customer experience and the efficiencies that can be gained from improved supply chain & procurement operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for Consultant who brings a blend of strategy operations and analytical capability to the table. You'll ideally have:
A background in engineering, data & analytics or a STEM discipline (degree or equivalent experience)1+ years of experience in consulting (preferably Tier 1 or boutique) or in a technical role involving complex problem solving and data-driven decision making.Strong quantitative and analytical skills or data modelling skills with the ability to simplify complexityExposure to supply chain, procurement, operations or enterprise transformation (advantage but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to shift from technical delivery into business transformation and strategyCuriosity to learn, proactivity to bring forward ideas and a collaborative mindset.Why Deloitte?
