- About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Life Insurance & Investment division as a Retail Operations Consultant.

In this varied role, you will provide exceptional service to our advisers and customers through a range of administrative activities. A smaller component of the role will involve liaising with customers over the phone. You will assist with queries ranging from general policy information, processing requests, and maintaining details for existing Life Insurance policies. To help you learn, you will be provided with excellent training on Zurich’s products, processes, and policies. Plus, the support of a great team
