We are passionate about delivering market-leading experiences for our clients and have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services and supporting the broader Workplace Services team to uphold outstanding presentation, service and operational standards across Ernst & Young (EY) tenancies in Brisbane.
This role goes beyond delivering the basics — it requires someone who thrives in a team environment while effectively managing competing priorities. We are seeking a team member with an energetic and proactive approach, who is equally comfortable working autonomously. About the Role – Key Responsibilities
- Frequently engage with the workplace manager to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Provide outstanding front-of-house service at the OneService Hub, delivering centralised support to EY staff.
- Collaborate with your team in crafting and driving engaging workplace experiences through various programs, initiatives, and activities across Brisbane, aligning with our engagement framework.
- Support workplace operations and asset management by maintaining and administering relevant tools, systems, and processes.
- Contribute to a welcoming onboarding experience by actively participating in "Welcome to EY" sessions and induction programs for new joiners.
- Help ensure compliance is maintained. Conducting floor inspections to assess presentation and functionality, promptly reporting any issues through our maintenance portal.
- Promote a safe, functional, and compliant workplace by conducting regular floor inspections, identifying issues, completing compliance tasks and logging maintenance requests in a timely manner.

- Previous experience in workplace services, front-of-house operations, or facilities coordination is advantageous
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills– Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Demonstrates a strong passion for service & people
- Professional disposition, manner and holds themselves with positive body language
- Effective at task management and prioritisation
- Good communication & listening skills
- Open minded and comfortable with feedback and direction
- Comfortable with owning service outcomes or resolving issues independently
- Demonstrates integrity & holds a humble respect of others
