You’ll also need to be interested in agriculture and stay up-to-date on the latest industry news and primary production seasons. (But we’ll help with that)

What You’ll Be Doing

As our newest Recruitment Resourcer, you will be an essential member of our team. No two days or projects are alike in this role.

Among other things, you will be responsible for:

- Coordination of interviews & travel arrangements as necessary
- Conducting reference checks as directed
