**Your new role**
Your new role will see you responsible for;
- Coordinating administrative functions including undertaking HR related tasks and supporting effective induction responsibilities of employees and contractors through onboarding.
- Oversight of total employee life cycle and participate in scheduling of performance management reviews
- Liaising with the People & Culture Team on all HR matters, keeping management informed of emerging requests
- Monitoring the administrative processes and inboxes of Senior Management
- Manage end to end recruitment processes such as screening, shortlisting, interviewing and maintaining compliance regulation.
