**About the Role**

Gold Coast BMW are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team and drive financial success at one of Queensland’s leading automotive dealerships. You will play a critical role in enhancing the dealership’s financial performance.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Structuring competitive and tailored finance and insurance packages for our valued clients.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities for finance, insurance, and warranty sales.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial and legislative regulations.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to create long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieving financial performance targets and contributing to the dealership’s profitability
- Previous experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry (luxury or prestige experience is highly regarded).
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance, insurance, and warranty products.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of exceeding financial KPIs and targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the automotive finance industry.
