**Digcar Auto Mechanics**, a well-established and reputable mechanic shop, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time **Service Manager** to join our team.
- Overseeing daily operations of the workshop, including staff management and scheduling.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing the inventory of tools and spare parts to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Utilizing accounting software and ERP systems tailored for mechanic shops to manage business operations.
- Implementing and maintaining technological solutions to enhance workshop efficiency and customer service.
- Leading a team of professionals, coordinating tasks effectively, and ensuring team productivity.
- Addressing and solving operational and customer-related problems in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance and operational efficiency.

**Applicants for this position should**:

- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or as a Service Manager in another business.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including experience in leading teams and coordinating tasks.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenges proactively.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus, as a significant portion of our customers are newcomers from Brazil.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary of AUD $80,000 per annum plus superannuation will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
