ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results focussed and experienced sales professional to join our growing team as Sales Operations Manager. As a key member of the Demand Activation team, you will drive sales performance and profit objectives for our Private Label and exclusive brands. You will support the frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. The role is both strategic and tactical and presents an opportunity to build and significantly grow an effective Demand Activation sales team and develop capability within the team.
**You will also**:
Deliver and embed new systems and support business to extract value from customer data
Work with your team to elevate Private Label brands to Market Leading Brands
Organise data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
ABOUT YOU
For you, building relationships has always been the key to your success. You are client focussed and understand how to influence with integrity and instil trust in both external and internal stakeholders. You have strong commercial acumen and an analytical mind but can also come up with creative solutions.
**You will also have**:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP CRM, Power BI, Phocus and strong capabilities in Excel; and data literacy
Understanding of current retail marketing, digital/social content strategy and best practice methods
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Superior communication and presentation skills
