
Administrative/sales Staff Member

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory tracking and ensuring the store is presentable.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, including driving a van or small truck for occasional deliveries.
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining store inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van or small truck.
- Police check clearance (required).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
