**What we’re looking for**
Due to ongoing business growth, Graphic Art Mart is seeking the expertise of an Internal Sales gun to join the legendary Mount Waverley team This is an exciting opportunity to secure a long-term career and play a pivotal role in the next chapter of company growth.

**Your new role**
In this dynamic Internal Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. _Working with some of the best in the business, you will:_
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and inactive customers and prospects.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
- Use internal systems to accurately provide resolution of customers’ enquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Become an integral part of the business through selling some of the best-known brands in our industry and working across a range of exceptionally managed client businesses.

Graphic Art Mart is a national supplier of sign, digital and display solutions. We have been supporting Australia’s graphics industry for more than 50 years with high end brands, reliable product information, fast deliveries, informative workshops, and exciting events. **What you’ll need to succeed**
- You’re an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence - you are eager to connect and interact with customers of varying demographics.
- You have a thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term career.
- A real team player, you’re always prepared to jump in and do what it takes to deliver premium customer service.
- Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
- You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
- You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
