**About the Role**
The Industry Experience Coordinator provides high-quality end-to-end coordination to support the successful delivery of industry experience programs and initiatives that increase student employability outcomes and contribute to a positive student experience. You will coordinate industry experience programmes, enhancing employability outcomes and enriching the student experience, while working collaboratively with academic and professional stakeholders to achieve team and Faculty objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading high-quality end-to-end coordination for the successful delivery of new and existing industry experience programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and budget.
- Leveraging problem-solving and critical thinking skills to anticipate and address challenges in program and event coordination, administration, and delivery, and to provide timely and accurate responses to student queries and concerns to proactively address any day-to-day issues that may arise.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to leverage insights, strengthen programs and initiatives, and ensure alignment.
- Crafting and executing comprehensive student communication strategies and campaigns to drive program and initiative visibility, recruitment, engagement, and commitment.
- Fuelling continuous program and initiative improvement by gathering and analysing data, reporting outcomes concisely, sharing feedback and insights in retrospectives, and identifying opportunities for greater impact.
**Who We Are Looking For**
You will be highly organised and have well-developed program and/or project coordination skills that enable you to prioritise and manage a range of tasks simultaneously while ensuring strong attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator, adept at crafting clear and informative written materials and delivering presentations. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach to working within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
You will also have:
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and prioritise workload.
- Advanced interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the Faculty and wider university, ensuring efficient service delivery in a student-centric and team-based environment.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and take initiative to lead projects when needed, while also demonstrating self-motivation and autonomy to work independently under general guidance.
