**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing high-level administrative and project support, including managing documentation, updating web content, and assisting with event logistics and program communications.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive, integrated program delivery, while maintaining effective stakeholder engagement with students, staff, and external partners.
- Managing processes and data by adopting digital tools, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to continuous imp r ovement initiatives.

- Possess s trong organisational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other digital platforms.
- Exhibit h igh-level communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
