As the Supply Planning Manager, your key responsibility is to lead a team of planners to ensure an optimum supply of finished goods from all sources - both our own Manufacturing plants (local and off-shore) and co-packers, to deliver to agreed customer service level targets whilst optimizing inventory across the network through appropriate deployment strategies.

We’re looking to drive some key improvements in our IBP & Planning processes, this position will play a key role in driving better process and outcomes and lift our focus from short term to more strategic & longer term initiatives. Key responsibilities include:_**
- Leading a team of planners to deliver on our supply commitments to our Customers across ANZ. These planners are responsible for the provision of raw materials/packaging into manufacturing, scheduling local production and the importation and deployment of finished goods into the ANZ Supply Chain Network
- Efficiently managing our inventory while meeting our service targets at the highest level
- Supporting and developing the Supply Review aspect of our IBP and ITP processes, providing the necessary visibility over short, medium and long term horizons. This role will also actively participate in other IBP pillars
- Responding to Supply challenges and leading teams to effectively resolve them
- Ensuring development of direct and indirect reports, and effective succession planning

We’re seeking an individual with a strong background in Supply Planning who has lead teams to drive great outcomes. Previous experience within an organisation that manufactures locally is highly advantageous. With the ability to build effective relationships across the business to negotiate and influence at all levels of our business. Naturally with this type of role a high level of attention to detail is an absolute must. We’re looking for a people leader who can manage, develop and engage our team of Supply Planners. Someone who is restless in their approach to continuous improvement to unlock more efficient ways of working and get people on this journey as well.
