Sydney, Australia Reckitt Full time

At Reckitt, we’re driven by our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, not a privilege.
We’re a global business operating in more than 60 countries, with more than 40,000 diverse, talented people - driven in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. You'll know our Hygiene business through some of our big brands - Finish, Vanish, Pine O Cleen, Mortein and Airwick.
Our business is dynamic, and our purpose, fight and compass give us the freedom to make an impact - it’s what drives us to always aim higher to make a real difference to the world through our brands.

Our culture
We strive to put people’s lives at the heart of our business through our people and purpose-led performance culture.
Our purpose initiatives span things like our Finish Water Waste campaign, our Glen20 partnership with Meals on Wheels (AU) and our partnership with the World Wildlife Fund.
Our employee's lives are also at the heart of what we do, which is why we recognise that no one way of working suits everyone. Our future of work is hybrid - you'll have the freedom to choose whether to work from home (with equipment and an ergonomic allowance provided) or work in the office - with only key moments of connection, collaboration, creativity and coaching taking place in person at our George Street office.

We’re now looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Services team in what is a permanent full-time position, based in Sydney.

**As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring continuity of supply of 4th party and intercompany products within agreed supply parameters

- Tracking inbound shipments to ensure on time delivery versus supplier and freight provider commitments
- Coordination and development of systems to support these areas.
- Supporting NPD/EPD projects within the product portfolio.
- Running and/or participating in weekly meeting with key internal stakeholders to discuss Supply issues and identify risk management strategies.
