**Administrator | Newcastle General Construction Branch**

WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced **Administrator
- ServiceOperations** to join our General Construction Branch. This role will be on a Monday-Friday fulltime basis at head office in Tomago.

The Newcastle General Construction Branch is the local branch covering the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland and Great lakes local areas. This branch covers the small to large Civil Construction operators and businesses by providing field service coverage and a workshop located at the WesTrac head office in Tomago.

The Administrator will enable our workshop and field service teams run smoothly. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the branch and responsible for assisting customers with enquiries whilst providing high quality administrative support. This role will support day to day operations within a talented and motivated team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General administrative functions, such as: Data entry, electronic filing, records management & office administration
- Carry out work order management activities including purchase requisition creation, goods receipting, and relevant document flow
- Maintaining the training bookings for operational staff and records management
- Co-ordinating customer and industry inductions for branch staff including medical bookings and site inductions
- Coordinate branch staff uniform and PPE requirements
- Safety administration and compliance documentation
- Part of the administration team that handle internal and external stakeholder communications

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience within an administration position
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Computer literacy skills - MS Office & data entry
- A continuous improvement mindset
