**As a Product Owner (Rewards) within Consumer Finance, you will**:

- Represent the business when establishing business requirements
- Maximize the Value being delivered by ensuring all features are aligned to business objectives.
- Manage/Refine the backlog of the team through prioritization and decision making.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and the wider community
- Outline the requirements to develop the products
- Support Developers, Analysts and Quality Engineers in understanding the product needs, so they can deliver on their commitments
- Manage complex environments with high number of features and interdependencies
- Manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment as part of Project Edge

**What you will bring**:

- Experience as either a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst within the technology sector
- Strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products and Domains (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations)
- Demonstrated experience with creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and process analysis
- Proven experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading workshops, discovery phases, development and operational usage stages of product development
- Strong experience building relationships and collaborative partnerships whilst being able to influence and guide decision making
- Relevant analytical skills and evidence based decision making experience
- Ideally experience working with the configuration and running of a Loyalty platform
