Reporting directly to the Manager of Performance and Reward, the Reward Specialist will have a broad remit working within a small team of four to support a client group of around 1,000. You will play a pivotal role in developing new reward frameworks and support with the role out of these polices across the organisation. You will have a key role conducting the annual remuneration cycle, supporting with the remuneration review. This will include conducting employee surveys and market analysis ensuring you are utilising all available data to support decision making. To assist with the continuous improvement of reward schemes you will have a will have a hand in operations, managing the organisations share plans and employee benefit scheme to ensure effectiveness.
