**About the roles**
These positions will see you delivering high calibre support across numerous Performance & Reward (P&R) activities, including but not limited to cyclical performance & reward reviews, benchmarking & salary survey submissions, benefits offerings and reward compliance.
Both roles will:
- Support the cyclical activities of the performance & remuneration review including managing timelines, preparing supporting material for leaders & the people team and leveraging reports to provide insights to the business throughout the cycle.
- Work collaboratively with the P&R team to ensure high quality data is maintained within SuccessFactors, including reporting & liaising with the broader people team to inform & follow up on data maintenance requirements
As the **Reward Specialist** you will:
- Provide analysis to assist with reviews of the Endeavour Reward Framework, award benchmarked position salaries and other ad hoc reward analysis as required.
- Provide timely responses to general P&R queries received from People Partners or the business.
- Use the Hay Group methodology to thoroughly benchmark or job slot new or updated positions as required.
- Working with the P&R Partners to establish external market mapping for Endeavour positions in preparation for survey submissions (currently Korn Ferry).
As the **Reward & Benefits Analyst** you will:
- Support in shaping the development and implementation of the benefits plan for Endeavour Group and coordinate existing benefits offerings.
- Support in maintaining P&R Policies, guides and how to’s on the People Portal.
- Coordinate the preparation and sending of regular communications for the People Team on P&R activities.
- Administration of Novated Leases and Tools of Trade.
**About you**
Both roles will suit someone with the ability and confidence to work with large data sets and confidently deliver across all facets of remuneration for a broad set of stakeholders.
The Reward Specialist position will suit someone who has proven experience within a pure reward specialist position within a large organisation, who is looking to develop and grow their career. You’ need the confidence and ability to work with large data sets and confidently deliver across all facets of remuneration for a broad set of stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
- A relevant Tertiary Degree/Qualification e.g. HR, Commerce, Psychology.
- In depth reporting & analytical abilities using multiple data sets.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience (formulas/pivot tables/vlookups).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with reward frameworks and external market data.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS is highly desirable.
- Use of Powerpoint/Google Slides to prepare supporting materials is highly desirable.
