At Coates our Sales Administrators perform a highly valued role, managing a range of diverse administrative activities key to running a successful sales team. You will be supporting the team to enable them to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales revenue and profitability.

You'll Enjoy Variety In Your Role Including

  • Assist in preparing and delivering professional proposals and tender documentation
  • Conduct regular data maintenance activities on our customer data base to ensure quality and accuracy of information
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the sales team as required
  • Prepare and follow up quotes on behalf of the sales team

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Excellent communication skills with a "can do" attitude,
  • Highly organised, efficient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication skills & high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
  • A background in Sales or supporting a Sales or Marketing team is highly desirable
