We are looking for a Data and Analytics Stream Lead to join the newly created Customer Identification Remediation Analytics (CIR) team on a 12 month FTC.

**Your new role**
You will be a key player in the CIR stream with exposure to senior business stakeholders, as well as supporting the squad delivery model by communicating with squad leads, product owners, as well as managing expectations and advocating for the Analytics and Insights stream.

You will be responsible for:

- Representing CIR analytics function in squad ceremonies and working closely with business stakeholder as trusted advisor with data analytics and insights expertise
- Coaching junior analytics sources allocated into squad on analytics mindset, effective communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and automate analytical workflows and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership to Analytics sources in python, Pyspark and advocate best practice for coding, version control and data governance.

You will be responsible for:

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT or similar
- Demonstrated extensive experience on delivering analytical solutions with large scale financial industry data models
- Ideally 5+ years experience working in large organisations and/or top tier consulting firms
- Working experience of modern data warehousing architecture including dimensional data modelling expertise
- Ability to build relationships, manage expectations/timelines and influence key stakeholders at senior level
- Proven team leadership or coaching experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
