**The Organisational**
Our client is a well-established business with many years of expertise in their field, Australia wide. They have continued to experience significant growth, national expansions and positive success, and as a direct result are looking to have a highly motivated individual join their team within the accounting space, as an Accounts Receivable officer on a permeant full time basis.

**Position Description**
Working within a team environment, the duties of the role will include the following, however will not be exclusive to:

- Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts
- Daily reconciliation of the accounts
- Follow up on outstanding debt
- Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
- Allocation and receipting of payments
- Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit check
- Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement
- Reporting duties and ad hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, as well as the following attributes:

- High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
