Office Coordinator, Perth

**About the Role** We support FTI Consulting's daily activities at the most essential levels. The aim is to provide administrative support to the Perth office and act as an administrative resource to the Executive Assistants. **What You'll Do** The Office Coordinator role is an integral part of the office. You will be supporting a small but growing office with a variety of administrative and coordinating tasks. We need someone with a can-do attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond when required. I n this role, you'll be our go-to person for: - Maintaining the overall tidiness of the office, managing stock, IT equipment and marketing materials - Providing administration support to all office staff as needed, including filing, archiving, invoice processing, expenses and account reconciliations - Attending to the bank to deposit cheques and to the post office on occasion - Welcoming FTI visitors, our clients and helping new joiners settle in - Managing the meeting rooms, arrange catering and setup IT requirements - Organising office activities, birthdays and Corporate Social Responsibility events, our Christmas party and other social events - Working with HR to schedule Health & Wellbeing activities throughout the year - Ad-hoc activities **How You'll Grow** **Qualifications & Experience**: - Ideally a minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience working in an administrative or office coordinator role - A "can do" and enthusiastic attitude - Attention to detail - Professional manner and excellent telephone skills - Ability to multi-task - Ability to work on initiative and prioritise workload - Time management and organisational skills - This role will require travel to FTI offices **Our Benefits** Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
