Hotel Leaders - Crown Perth
Crown is home to some of Perth’s finest hotels and accommodation options, we are looking for dynamic leaders to join our hotels team across our three hotel brands Promenade, Metropol and Towers. We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals, who can inspire and motivate a team of Front Office Clerks, Concierge and Bell Attendants and go above and beyond for our hotel guests.
We have Full Time positions available at Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade with positions including
**Front Office Supervisor**,
**Bell Captain**, and
**Duty Manager**. These positions guarantee you 80 hours per fortnight and will include a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel or hospitality experience
- You must be reliable, organised and can work independently and demonstrate the ability to resolve queries and be able to think on your feet.
- Must be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
Preferred Criteria:
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)
