At Crown Perth, memorable experiences are in the detail. As the Crystal Club and Villa Coordinator, you will ensure prompt, efficient and professional service aligned with Forbes 5-Star standards. You will be responsible for managing guest relations and ensuring an unforgettable experience for guests wanting ultimate luxury.

From pre-arrival to post-departure, you will liaise with relevant outlets and stakeholders to provide a personalised service to Crystal and Villa guests. In this role, you will focus on the back of house Villa departmental operations whilst coordinating and allowing the Butler/Villa Housekeeping teams to focus on front of house tailored service.

This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis. With standard working days of Tuesday to Saturday, flexibility is essential.
Essential Criteria:

- Demonstrated previous experience in superior service standards and requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities to deliver on business objectives
- Previous experience in Events and Sales
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Excellent written and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA essential, PeopleSoft desired)

Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality or business-related qualification is preferred
- Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role preferred
- Intermediate skills with the Microsoft office suite of products
