**Front Office Clerk - Crown Towers Perth**

- We have a Part Time Front Office Clerk position available at Crown Towers. This positions guarantee you 48-76 hours per fortnight including a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
- Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- You must be reliable, organised and can work independently and demonstrate the ability to resolve queries and be able to think on your feet.
- Must be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Preferred Criteria:
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Hotel operations experience in a Frontline role
- Experience using OPERA (Hotel Propery Management System)
