We are on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team as a Cake Decorator/Baker Assistant.

**Job Description: Cake Decorator/Baker Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, breads, and cakes
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with precision and creativity
- Follow recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the head baker to develop new and innovative cake designs and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering of baking supplies
- Assist in packaging and presenting baked goods for display and sale
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries about cakes and other baked goods

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cake decorating and baking in a professional setting
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques, tools, and materials
- Creativity and ability to develop new cake designs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for baking and creating beautiful, delicious cakes
- Formal training in baking and pastry arts is a plus
