Job Title: Baker / Apprentice Baker

Salary Package: $70,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure all products consistently meet our strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to identify process improvements, reduce waste, and develop new recipes or products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with food safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Formal qualifications as a qualified baker or a strong desire to learn in an apprenticeship role.
• Proven baking skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver consistently high-quality products.
• Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A genuine passion for baking and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
