**About the Company**
Our client is an energetic people focused global technology company based in Springwood. Due to a backlog of work, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer.

**About the Role**
Joining a small team you'll be coming in as a reliable and well versed credit professional. This role will be a combination of collections and accounts receivables with a heavy focus on reconciliations.

You will be responsible for:

- Generating customer billing, invoices and credit notes.
- Verify and post accounts receivable transactions to general ledgers and other records.
- Timely collection of customer invoices using multiple platforms.
- Accurately allocating incoming customer payments.
- Prepare bank deposits and perform ERP receipt banking.
- Responding to customer enquiries within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Management of the customer facing Accounts Receivable shared inbox.
- Recording customer disputes and liaising internally where necessary.
- Assisting with vendor setup forms and associated requests.

**About You**
You will thrive in a busy workplace and be able to handle a fast paced environment. You will enjoy creating relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met while working within a friendly and outcomes focused team. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the Accounts Receivable function and experience working with other currencies.
