- Forecast product demand and proactively identify SKUs that need to be reordered.
- Use Inventory Planner for forecasting and planning.

- Previous experience in inventory management and forecasting for e-commerce companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in handling purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Excellent organizational skills—detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Inventory Planner, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Based in the United States (required), ideally not on the west coast due to timezone differences.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working in skincare, haircare, or health and wellness industries.

**Hiring Process**:

- Role will begin with a trial period (e.g., 14 days) to assess fit and performance before confirming the hire
